A ONE HOUR SCHOOL VISIT
Item details: Kate Foster will create a bespoke school visit for a small group, an entire class or year group, from grades 5 through 10. She can talk about her author journey, about autism and mental wellbeing, or run a workshop with the kids. Her talks are fun and interactive and tailored to suit the age group. A call can be set up prior to the visit to discuss the content required.

Kate Foster is a children's author writing about friends, family, and dogs. Originally from a small town in the south east of England, she now lives on the stunning Gold Coast in Australia with her family and second-hand dogs. She is passionate about encouraging and teaching a wider understanding of autism and mental illness via a positive approach and representation. Her debut middle grade novel, PAWS was published in 2021, her second, The Bravest Word in 2022, and her first chapter book series, Harriet Hound will be published in 2023, all with the brilliant Walker Books Australia.
